- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 15 de enero de 2015, proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Cali, en el cual decidio que no era competente territorialmente para conocer la accion de tutela presentada por el ciudadano Jesus Antonio Molano Hernandez y otros contra Presidencia de la Republica, Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social y la Unidad para la Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Cali, para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento de la accion de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitucion de Tierras de Cali, la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
